Chapter 1. General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Atomy Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter
referred to as the "Company") and its users, as well as the procedures for use, ordering, payment, shipping,
cancellation, exchange, return, and refund in connection with the e-commerce services (hereinafter referred to
as the "Services") provided through At.G mall(hereinafter referred to as the "Mall"), which is operated by the
Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Mall" refers to the virtual marketplace established by the Company through information and communications
facilities for the purpose of providing goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "Products") to users,
and also refers to the business operator that operates such marketplace.
- "User" refers to both Members and Non-Members who access the Mall and use the Services provided by the
Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member in accordance with the registration procedures
established by the Company and is entitled to use the Services provided by the Mall on an ongoing basis.
- "Non-Member" refers to a person who uses the Services provided by the Mall without registering as a member.
- "Products" refers to the goods or services sold on the Mall.
- "Purchaser" refers to a person who has placed an order for Products on the Mall.
- "Recipient" refers to a person who actually receives delivery of the ordered Products.
- "Cancellation" refers to a request by the Purchaser to rescind a purchase agreement prior to the shipment of
Products or the commencement of international shipping.
- "Return" refers to the process by which the Purchaser sends back Products that have been delivered, in
accordance with the procedures established or designated by the Company.
- "Refund" refers to the return of payment by the Company to the Purchaser due to cancellation, return,
inability to fulfill an order, or other causes.
- "Exchange" refers to the re-delivery of the same product or an equivalent product recognized by the Company,
where grounds such as defects, incorrect delivery, or damage are acknowledged in accordance with the
criteria established by the Company.
Article 3 (Disclosure and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)
- The Company shall post the content of these Terms and Conditions, along with its trade name, name of
representative, address of business office, business registration number, and other relevant information, on
the home page or a linked page of the Mall in a manner that is easily accessible to users.
- The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that such amendments do not violate
applicable laws and regulations, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce,
Etc., the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and the Act on Promotion of
Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
- When the Company amends these Terms and Conditions, the effective date and the reasons for the amendment
shall be specified and publicly announced on the Mall, together with the current Terms and Conditions, for a
reasonable period prior to the effective date.
- If the Company clearly informs users, at the time of announcing or notifying the amended Terms and
Conditions, that failure to express objection within a specified period shall be deemed as consent, and the
user does not express objection within such period, the user shall be deemed to have consented to the
amended Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions, the Company or
the user may terminate the service agreement.
Article 4 (Supplementary Rules)
Any matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations,
the Company's Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Exchange/Return/Refund Policy, Membership Policy, and general
commercial practices.
Chapter 2. Membership and Use of Services
Article 1 (Membership Registration)
Matters relating to membership registration of users shall, in principle, be governed by the membership
registration rules, terms of use, and operational policies of each overseas subsidiary with which the user
registers or through which the user uses the Services. Members must directly review and agree to the
registration requirements, procedures, and terms of use established by the relevant overseas subsidiary at the
time of registration.
Article 2 (Membership Status and Member Management)
Matters relating to the acquisition, maintenance, restriction, loss, and withdrawal of membership status,
re-registration, changes to member information, and other member management matters shall, in principle, be
governed by the member management rules and operational policies of each overseas subsidiary. Members shall
comply with the rules and notices of the overseas subsidiary with which they are registered, and in the event of
a violation, the relevant overseas subsidiary may take necessary measures.
Article 3 (Obligations Regarding Member ID and Password)
- Members are responsible for the management of their ID and password.
- Members shall not allow any third party to use their ID and password.
- If a Member becomes aware that their ID and password have been stolen or are being used by a third party,
the Member shall immediately notify the Company or the relevant overseas subsidiary and follow the
instructions provided.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from a Member's failure to fulfill the obligations
set forth in the preceding paragraph, unless such damages are attributable to the Company's willful
misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Provision of information about Products and execution of purchase agreements
- Delivery of Products for which purchase agreements have been executed
- Ancillary services including member management, customer support, and announcements
- Other services as determined by the Company
- The Company may modify the content or manner of provision of the Services in the event of product
unavailability, system changes, operational necessity, or other similar reasons.
- In the event of any modification under the preceding paragraph, the Company shall announce the details of
such modification on the Mall or notify users accordingly.
Article 5 (Interruption of Services)
- The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of Services in the event of maintenance, replacement, or
failure of information and communications facilities, loss of communications, logistics disruptions, force
majeure events, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- In the event of circumstances described in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall notify users by any
available means.
- The Company shall be liable for damages incurred by users as a result of the circumstances set forth in
Paragraph 1, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations; provided, however, that this shall
not apply where the Company is without willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Chapter 3. Orders and Payments
Article 1 (Purchase Application)
Users shall apply for purchases on the Mall by the following or similar methods, and the Company shall provide
the following information in an easily understandable manner when users submit a purchase application:
- Search for and selection of Products
- Entry of Purchaser and Recipient information, shipping address, contact details, and other relevant
information
- Confirmation of the Terms and Conditions, restrictions on withdrawal of offers, shipping costs,
international shipping-related costs, and other relevant matters
- Consent to these Terms and Conditions
- Submission and confirmation of the purchase application for Products
- Selection of a payment method
Article 2 (Formation of Purchase Agreement)
- The Company may decline or retroactively cancel a purchase application submitted pursuant to Article 1 of
this Chapter in any of the following cases:
- The application contains false, missing, or erroneous information
- Order fulfillment is impracticable due to insufficient inventory, restricted shipping destinations
or regions, import/export restrictions, customs clearance issues, or similar reasons
- Payment authorization is declined or the transaction is deemed irregular
- A minor purchases Products without the consent of their legal guardian
- Other cases where the Company determines that there is a significant technical or operational
impediment
- A purchase agreement shall be formed when the Company's confirmation of order receipt or expression of
acceptance reaches the user.
- The Company's expression of acceptance may include information regarding confirmation of the user's purchase
application, product availability, and the possibility of order cancellation or modification.
Article 3 (Payment Methods)
Payment for Products purchased on the Mall may be made by any available method from among the following methods
as determined by the Company:
- Credit card or debit card payment
- Payment by electronic payment instruments
- Other electronic payment methods recognized by the Company
Article 4 (Provision of and Responsibility for Order Information)
- When placing an order, users must accurately provide the Recipient's name, shipping address, contact
information, information required for customs clearance, and any other information requested by the Company.
- Users shall be responsible for any delivery delays, incorrect deliveries, return shipments, additional
costs, customs clearance delays, or customs clearance failures arising from the user's or Recipient's
provision of incorrect information, omission of information, refusal to accept delivery, prolonged absence,
inability to be contacted, or other causes attributable to the user or Recipient.
- The Company may place an order on hold or cancel it if the shipping information is unclear or if the Company
determines that the normal course of the transaction cannot be maintained.
Chapter 4. Shipping and International Shipping
Article 1 (Supply of Products)
- Unless otherwise agreed with the user regarding the timing of supply of Products, the Company shall take
necessary measures to ensure that Products are shipped within a reasonable period from the date the user
places the order.
- The Company shall specify the shipping method, the party responsible for shipping costs, and the estimated
delivery period for Products purchased by the user.
- The Company may compensate users for damages incurred as a result of exceeding the agreed delivery period;
provided, however, that this shall not apply where the Company proves that there was no willful misconduct
or negligence on its part.
Article 2 (International Shipping)
- The Company provides international shipping services for direct delivery from South Korea to overseas
destinations.
- International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country, and delivery
may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery date due to local customs authorities, airlines, carriers,
national policies, force majeure events, or other external factors.
- Customs duties, value-added taxes, customs clearance fees, storage charges, and other import-related costs
incurred during international shipping shall be borne by the Recipient or user in accordance with applicable
laws and regulations or as separately notified by the Company.
- Shipping address information for international shipments may only be changed before the order status reaches
a specific stage designated by the Company, and changes may be restricted depending on the shipping
progress.
- If the Recipient refuses delivery or the shipment is returned due to causes attributable to the user, the
user shall bear the initial shipping costs, return shipping costs, locally incurred costs, and all other
related expenses.
Chapter 5. Cancellation, Exchange, Return, and Refund
Article 1 (Order Cancellation)
- Users may apply for order cancellation through the procedures provided by the Company when the order status
is "Payment Completed."
- Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the Company may restrict or refuse order cancellation if actual
shipment has already commenced or if packaging, shipment preparation, international shipping booking, or
similar processes have been initiated.
- If the order status is "Preparing for Shipment" or beyond, international shipping shall be deemed to have
commenced, and in principle, order cancellation due to a simple change of mind shall not be permitted.
- If the Company approves the order cancellation, the refund shall, in principle, be processed through the
original payment method.
Article 2 (Application for Exchange, Return, or Refund)
- Users may apply for an exchange, return, or refund from the Company in any of the following cases:
- Products were delivered differently from the order details
- Products were damaged or defective
- Products materially differ from the displayed or advertised content
- Order fulfillment is impossible due to insufficient inventory, inability to ship, or other causes
attributable to the Company
- Other cases recognized under applicable laws and regulations or the criteria established by the
Company
- Users must submit an application for exchange, return, or refund through the Customer Service Center, the
Order History page, 1:1 Inquiry, or other submission channels designated by the Company.
- When submitting an application, users must provide the order number, reason for the request, date of
receipt, and objective supporting evidence such as photographs or videos. The Company may request additional
materials for the purpose of fact verification.
- The Company may approve, reject, or request supplementation of the submitted application after review.
Article 3 (Withdrawal of Offer, Etc.)
- Users may withdraw their offer within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the Products. However,
this shall not apply where there are restrictions imposed by the nature of international shipping products,
applicable laws and regulations, matters previously notified by the Company, or the limitation grounds set
forth in these Terms and Conditions.
- Users may not request a return, exchange, or withdrawal of offer in any of the following cases:
- Products have been lost or damaged due to causes attributable to the user
- The value of Products has been significantly diminished due to the user's use or partial consumption
- The value of Products has been significantly diminished to the extent that resale is impracticable
due to the passage of time
- The packaging of Products that are capable of being reproduced has been damaged
- Products such as food, health functional foods, hygiene products, or cosmetics that are
impracticable to resell once opened or used, for which the Company has provided prior notice of
return restrictions
- A cancellation or return due to a simple change of mind is requested after international shipping
has already commenced
- Other cases where withdrawal of offer is restricted under applicable laws and regulations
- Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if the content of the Products differs from the displayed or
advertised content or if the agreement has been performed differently from the terms of the agreement, the
user may request a return, exchange, or refund within a reasonable period from the date on which the user
knew or could have known of such fact.
Article 4 (Exchange)
- The Company may provide an exchange or re-delivery where any of the following grounds are acknowledged:
- Incorrect delivery
- Damage during shipping
- Manufacturing defects or initial malfunctions
- Quantity shortage or missing components
- Exchanges shall, in principle, be processed with the same product. However, if the same product is out of
stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable, the Company may provide a refund or take other appropriate
measures as agreed upon with the user.
- Costs required for exchange or re-delivery arising from causes attributable to the Company shall be borne by
the Company.
Article 5 (Return)
- Users shall not unilaterally return Products without prior approval from the Company.
- If the Company approves a return, the user shall return the Products in accordance with the return method,
return address, required documents, and deadline as instructed by the Company.
- If the user fails to follow the Company's instructions or unilaterally returns the Products, any loss,
customs clearance issues, cost increases, or other disadvantages arising therefrom shall be borne by the
user.
- Returns of internationally shipped Products may involve local return procedures and international
transportation procedures in the destination country, and the Company may provide separate guidance on the
details thereof when approving the return.
Article 6 (Refund)
- In the event of cancellation, return, or other grounds for refund, the Company shall, in principle, proceed
with the refund process within a reasonable period from the date on which such grounds are confirmed.
- Refunds shall, in principle, be processed through the original payment method, and the actual timing of the
refund may vary depending on the credit card company, payment service provider, financial institution, or
payment environment of each country.
- In the case of partial cancellation, partial refund, or partial return, the terms and conditions for
discounts, coupons, points, and promotions may be adjusted, and the refund amount may differ from the
original payment amount.
- Concurrently with the refund, any points, benefits, or other economic advantages accrued from the relevant
order may be recovered or adjusted.
- Under the At.G mall membership policy, in the event of order cancellation, return, or
refund, PV or equivalent performance credits may be deducted or adjusted.
Article 7 (Allocation of Costs)
- Costs required for exchange, return, refund, and re-delivery arising from causes attributable to the Company
shall be borne by the Company.
- The user shall bear any costs arising from any of the following cases:
- Simple change of mind
- Incorrect entry of shipping address or omission of information
- Inability to contact the Recipient
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Prolonged absence
- Failure by the user or Recipient to submit customs clearance documents or refusal to cooperate with
customs clearance
- Other causes attributable to the user or Recipient
- In the cases described in the preceding paragraph, costs that may be borne by the user include, but are not
limited to, initial international shipping costs, local return shipping costs, international return shipping
costs, customs duties and taxes, customs clearance fees, storage charges, and other actually incurred costs,
and the Company may deduct such costs from the refund amount.
Article 8 (Non-Receipt after Delivery Completion, Suspected Loss, and Dispute Resolution)
- If the tracking information indicates that delivery has been completed but the Products have not actually
been received, the user must promptly report such fact to the Company.
- The Company may determine whether to provide a refund, re-delivery, or other resolution by comprehensively
reviewing the carrier's delivery records, delivery completion photographs, proof of delivery (POD),
recipient information, local delivery conditions, and other relevant factors.
- In the case of disputes arising from local delivery conditions such as communal building entrances, security
offices, offices, parcel lockers, or delivery to a proxy recipient, the Company may make its determination
based on the results of the carrier's verification.
Article 9 (Record-Keeping of Requests and Processing History)
- The Company may record and retain information related to cancellations, exchanges, returns, and refunds,
including order numbers, dates and times of request receipt, request types, reasons for requests, submitted
materials, review details, processing results, and dates and times of processing.
- The Company may retain the information described in the preceding paragraph to the extent necessary for
dispute prevention, quality management of customer service, and compliance with legal obligations.
Chapter 6. Obligations of the Company and Users
Article 1 (Obligations of the Company)
- The Company shall not engage in any acts prohibited by applicable laws and regulations or these Terms and
Conditions or that are contrary to public order and morals, and shall use its best efforts to provide the
Services on a continuous and stable basis as prescribed in these Terms and Conditions.
- The Company shall maintain a security system for the protection of personal information so that users may
use the Services safely.
- The Company shall endeavor to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to resolve any
resulting damages.
- Where a complaint or opinion raised by a user is determined to be legitimate, the Company shall process it
on a priority basis, and if prompt processing is impracticable, the Company shall inform the user of the
reasons and the expected processing schedule.
Article 2 (Obligations of Users)
- Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:
- Registering false information when applying for or modifying registration
- Misappropriating the personal information of another person
- Unauthorized modification of information posted on the Mall
- Transmitting or posting information other than that designated by the Company
- Infringing upon the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Acts that damage the reputation of the Company or third parties or interfere with their business
operations
- Acts that disrupt the normal operations of the Company, including the use of profanity, threats,
sexual harassment, malicious complaints, or repeated cancellations or returns without justification
- Abnormal bulk purchases or repeated purchases for the purpose of resale
- Other acts that violate applicable laws and regulations or these Terms and Conditions
- Users shall comply with applicable laws and regulations, these Terms and Conditions, the Company's policies,
and any matters publicly announced by the Company.
Article 3 (Restriction and Loss of Membership Status)
- The Company may, upon prior notice, restrict, suspend, or revoke a user's membership status if the user
violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws and regulations.
- The Company may restrict a user's membership status if the user is found to have registered false
information, engaged in payment fraud, repeatedly made malicious returns or cancellations, disrupted
business operations, conducted irregular transactions, or made purchases for the purpose of resale.
- If the Company revokes a user's membership status, the Company may deregister the membership, and may, where
necessary, provide the user with an opportunity to present a defense.
Chapter 7. Personal Information and Intellectual Property Rights
Article 1 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Company shall comply with applicable laws and regulations in order to protect the personal information of
users, and matters relating to the collection, use, retention, and disposal of personal information shall be
governed by the Company's Privacy Policy.
Article 2 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in works created by the Company shall belong to the
Company.
- Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use, or allow any third
party to use, information obtained through the use of the Company's Services without the prior consent of
the Company.
Chapter 8. Damages and Disclaimers
Article 1 (Damages)
If the Company or a user causes damage to the other party by violating these Terms and Conditions or applicable
laws and regulations, the party at fault shall compensate the other party for such damages.
Article 2 (Disclaimers)
- The Company shall not be liable where it is unable to provide the Services due to force majeure events such
as natural disasters, war, national emergencies, suspension of air transport, customs clearance delays,
logistics disruptions, system failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- The Company shall not be liable for any disruption in the use of Services or damages arising from causes
attributable to the user.
- The Company does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of information, data, or facts posted by users.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from services provided by external services
affiliated with the Company or linked websites.
Chapter 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Article 1 (Governing Law and Competent Court)
- These Terms and Conditions and any e-commerce disputes between the Company and users shall be governed by
the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Any disputes arising between the Company and users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
court having jurisdiction in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as the court of first instance.
Supplementary Provisions
Article 1 (Effective Date)
These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on [Date to be specified].
Article 2 (Relationship with Existing Policies)
The Company's operational standards, membership policies, and exchange/refund/cancellation operational standards
that were in effect prior to the enforcement of these Terms and Conditions may continue to apply to the extent
they do not conflict with these Terms and Conditions. However, in the event of any conflict with these Terms and
Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Detailed standards relating to membership registration and member management shall be governed by the membership
registration rules and operational policies of each overseas subsidiary. The official shopping mall addresses
